Red Rock Canyon Open Space is truly a beautiful area to get away without the long drive. Dirt trails are available for pedestrians, bikes, horses, and dogs. There is an off-leash doggie area and they are welcome on the trails with you while leashed. There are trails available for all skills levels (even ADA accessible!)

Fox Run Regional Park offers a little something for everyone. There is 4 miles of multi-use trails that wind through through the Fallen Timbers area, pavillions, playgrounds, and gazebo on the lake. Hiking, trails, playing fields, a climbing rock, and picnic areas are just a few of the amenities awaiting you.

Garden of the Gods. Everyone has heard of it but have you actually gone to experience it? There are trails for every skill level. You can starts on the concrete foot paths through the red rock formations or use the 5 miles of trails for mountain biking, hiking, or horseback riding. You can also enjoy daily presentations on subjects like geology, ecology, and wildlife for free at the Visitor Center.
